The Bartwood Lodge is a non-smoking facility.
No pets, please, in rooms or vehicles.
The pier and boat ramp are usable all year, the floating dock arrives Memorial Day Weekend and goes back to safe storage after labor Day Weekend. Dock use is included in your reservation. We have plenty of space for boat trailers in our parking lot.
Check-in time varies with the seasons, please check your online reservation or with our front desk staff for times. Early check-in or late check-out is sometimes possible in Spring, Fall, or Winter. Please check with us if you would like to arrange to arrive early or stay late on your departure day during these seasons, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Cancellation policy: In Spring, Fall and Winter please give us 24 hours notice, with 24 hours notice we only need to charge a $15 cancellation fee. Within the 24 hours we must charge for the stay. For Summer (June 1-Sept 30), cancellations one week prior to your stay are only a $15 cancellation fee. Within the week we must charge for the stay.
Group bookings: Groups of more than five rooms must be booked by phone with the Group Coordinator: special cancellation, reservation, rates, and policies apply.
Private Neighborhood: On your way here on Bartel Road you will see signs that say: “Private Neighborhood, No Trespassing” Please continue on in…as a guest of the Bartwood this is your private retreat too, welcome to your neighborhood and your private beach.
